PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The plastic rattan imitator is used to produce real plastic rattan imitators with various shapes and na atural colors, mainly including round rattan, flat rattan, embossed rattan, imitation rattan, effect rattan, dreamy rattan, color changing rattan, etc., which are widely used in inc door and outdoor furniture of residence, such as tables, chairs, sofas, and various weaving crafts. The products are characterized by strong ductility, washability, not easy to n mildew, no harmful substances, anti ultraviolet and anti adverse weather environment.

PRODUCT FEATURES OF Three color rattan imitator 1. The whole machine is compact and reasonable in design, cor nvenient in operation and simple in maintenance.

3. The main parameters of the screw are reasonably designed. Different products are made for different raw materials. The screw has different length diameter ratios and structures to meet the needs of different customers.
4. Screw and barrel are made of high-performance alloy steel, v which has the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength.
5. The barrel heating section has two structures, namely, groove ved and smooth section, to meet the needs of different raw materials.
Polypropylene Strapping
Polypropylene strapping is an economical strapping material compared to other materials.it's designed for light to
medium duty unitizing,palletizing and bundling.Consistent pressure to polypropylene strapping can result in
unrecoverable dead stretch and inability to return to its original length

PE or PP recycled or virgin granules material.
Specifications:
Plastic rattan extrusion line can produce single or multicolor plastic rattan equipped with one or more extruders, and also different
shape rattan can be produced if different extrusion moulds are used.
Application:
Plastic rattan is widely used on rattan chair, tea table, flower basket, weaving art and craft, furniture,etc. Preferring different raw
material such as PE, PP,PVC etc, the extrusion line can produce plastic resembling rattan with differing texture.
